Zackary Hille is a leadership coach, consultant, and creative strategist with over a decade of experience helping organizations thrive at the intersection of vision, purpose, and execution. From church platforms to boardrooms, Zackary brings a rare blend of spiritual discernment and operational expertise that fuels sustainable growth.

He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Micro-IT, where he led the company through an 88% increase in annual revenue, a 25% reduction in operational costs, and a 200% expansion in its client base. Prior to that, Zackary served in full-time ministry, building worship and creative arts ministries from the ground up, overseeing multi-phase renovations, and launching digital worship platforms.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Worship Studies, a Master’s in Executive Leadership, and is completing his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University (expected December 2025).
